As Women in Construction Week begins, we want to take a moment to reflect on how great it is to have women in the construction industry.

Construction has historically been a male-dominated field with only 11% of women in the industry.

Our commitments towards EDI are at the forefront of our operations with the continuation to be more inclusive of all genders and background, our team incorporate 27% women, beating the industry!

The Women already in construction have broken down barriers and stereotypes in a male-dominated industry, paving the way for future generations of women to enter and excel in construction.
