This programme spread across 12 weeks, across 3 floors for full-installation of WC fit-out, otherwise known as ‘Rox in a Box’.
Scope of works:
• Installation of full WC Fit-out including Public Health across Ground level, 1st Floor & 2nd Floor.
• Mezzanine Flooring
• Plumbing works
• Fitting of Urinal IPS and Cubicle systems
• Shower/Changing rooms
• DDA toilet facilities
• Installation of Sanitary ware
